Sadie -
Your mom and I picked you up from school tonight and attempted to start our holiday weekend by going to one of our favorite places to eat - Joe's. There was a ton of traffic, though, and you were tired. You fell asleep hard while we were driving.
When we got to the restaurant, I pulled you out of the car seat expecting you to wake up, but you were sleeping so soundly. You stayed asleep on my shoulder, napping for another 10 minutes while we got situated and ready to eat. People in the restaurant noticed you were sleeping and gave me winks and knowing looks. You are so adorable - all the time!
