Our new house is lacking one luxury : a dishwasher!
This means that after meals, I have to scrub the plates and bowls and pans. It hasn't been so bad recently - you've been helping.
I scoot your chair over to the sink with me and hand you different odds and ends from the table: bottle caps, cups, bowls - and you "clean" them (translation: knock them together and around and shake them in the air) for me!
We spend 20 minutes doing this sometimes, barely even saying words. Just cleaning and having fun next to each other... You are a great helper!
